About the role

Help us scale into an organization with millions of happy customers by:

  • Shaping our marketing strategy with the help of our Head of Marketing and,
  • Coordinating our network of local marketing country managers.

What you will be doing: 

  • Analyze competitive landscape and define overall growth strategies.
  • Help coordinate a team of brand, content & performance marketing experts.
  • Build and manage a team of EU country managers.
  • Coordinate local growth strategies in multiple EU countries.
  • Set up audacious growth goals and consistently beat them.
  • Define and keep track of north stars KPIs, avoiding irrelevant noise.

Position requirements:

  • +5 years of B2C consumer interest marketing exp. at a managerial level.
  • Having previously lead campaigns in +3 EU countries (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of brand, content and performance marketing.
  • Work experience in a cross-country multicultural company.
  • Work experience in a tech company. Fintech – a plus.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish. Other EU languages – a plus.
  • Deep understanding of data analytics.
