About the role:

Help us launch and grow in Poland by defining and executing a local growth  / marketing playbook.

What you will be doing: 

  • Work side-by-side with the CEO to shape company strategy.
  • Make sure we become closer to profitability with every decision made.
  • Improve overall business model while making local adjustments.
  • Analyze international competitive landscape and company pricing positioning.
  • Get down to battlefield to understand the idiosyncrasy of each market.
  • Create a clear and concise plan on how to open each new market.
  • Build and coordinate a network of partners to scale with a local approach.
  • Set up unit economics for each asset class and account class.
  • Build partnerships to offer new assets classes.
  • Made decisions based on data and track results to make improvements.

Position requirements:

  • +2/3 of work experience at a consumer internet international scale up.
  • Work experience in a financial institution or fintech – considered a plus.
  • Strong understanding of brand, content and performance marketing.
  • Deep understanding of data analytics. Basic or python – a plus.
  • Proficiency in English, and Polish. Other EU languages – considered  a plus.
