We are looking for a Product Manager (aka Product Maker) to help us take our investment app to the next level, building new cool features and expanding our app to new countries, and reach hundreds of thousands of users.

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager that can bridge the gap between the Expansion Team opening new markets and the rest of the teams executing the vision of a tier-one cross-country multicultural organization.

We are looking for a Product Manager with both creative and analytical thinking to focus on Ninety Nine’s Expansion Product Area which is responsible for expanding Ninety Nine. We strive to redefine the future of investment even as we work to provide our users with an intuitive, pleasant, and friction-free daily investment experience. This is an exciting time for us as we grow our product to include a new range of features, products, and redefine how people connect with their favorite investment topics.

About the Ninety Nine Product Team

We aim to create a great product culture based on creativity, responsibility, collaboration, and diversity.

We practice a culture of managers of one. So, we look for people who come up with their own goals and executes them. We don’t need heavy direction. We don’t need daily check-ins.

We strive for people who’re capable of building something from scratch and seeing it through.

We create and practice our own development product methods, practices, discipline, and even style (not just methodology). We strongly believe that the way a team works has an enormous influence on what it can do. The way —the how— is foundational and fundamental for us.

Nor waterfall or agile or scrum. No neverending walls with Post-it notes. No sprints, or anything related to the idea of being tired and worn out at the end. No backlogs, no Kanban, no velocity tracking, none of that.

We have our own approach. One developed of constant trial and error, taking note, iterating, honing in, and polishing up.
